What To Expect

  • Base Price: typically our prices are based on page count or per word depending on the project. Request a quote to find out the price and turnaround time to translate your project.
  • Turn Around Time: standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours for a 1-2 page document. Expedited services are available upon request and you will be able to select this option when you receive your quote.
  • Formatting: Your translated document will be formatted as closely as possible to the source of the document
  • Support: we will keep you updated on the status of your translations. We are available at translations@mynotadoc.com to answer any questions.
  • Payment: we accept payment by all major credits cards and ACH transfers.

Yes! All we need is a scanned copy of your document, with all information clearly visible. We can also accept digital photos of your document, provided that the entire document is visible and legible.


We accept photos of documents from any smart phone camera. As long as the entire document is visible and legible, we can translate and format the translation.


We translate all major digital document formats, including PDF, DOCX, and DOC. We can also translate scans of documents from photo formats, such as JPEG (JPG) and PNG.

We offer translations to and from English in 10 different languages: Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic, Chinese, German, Italian, Creole, Russian, and Ukrainian. 


Additional languages may be available upon request. 

When you order a translation, we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with you. All translations are treated as confidential, and we undertake to keep all information that we learn within the scope of our work with your documents in the strictest confidence.

When translating large documents (5 pages or more), the cost may be calculated per word depending upon the project. 


However, our base price is calculated per page. 


Factors that can affect the cost are also the language combination, urgency, and complexity. 


To know the exact cost, please submit an order request and we will provide you with a quote. 

You will recieve a certified (notarization will be provided upon request) translation that resembles the style and format of the original document. An affidavit will be included in the translation. 

In general, translation of up to 2 pages can take between 24 to 48 hours. However, expedited services are available upon request. 

In general, we keep translations on file for a period of 3 years. During that time, if you need an additional copy, we can provide that for a fee. If you wish, we can delete the files from our system immediately after providing the final translated document.
